Everyone, and everything needs a purpose. What is the purpose of this Wiki? Whatever it eventually becomes, it's original purpose was to house all of the necessary information and files that are required to get Linux installed on your ToughBook, and make it "Tougher" than it was before.
While installing Linux on your ToughBook is not too difficult in itself, getting some things working, or working correctly can be. IE: Touch Screens (Need I say more?)
Some of the information you will find here got it's start on a very interesting forum thread at LinuxQuestions.org called "Panasonic Toughbook CF-29 Touch Screen". If you are interested, you can read it here.
